- New County Added
- Leon County was added to our service area at the meeting
June 2011
- Emergency Communications Vehicle
- We voted to accept the donation of an ambulance for this
use.
- Club House
- We voted to accept the offer of the use of the building
where the 145.29 Corsicana repeater is housed for varrious club activities
- Field Day
- Field Day 2011 will be held June 25-26, 2011
- begins at 1800 UTC (1300 CST) Saturday
- ending at 2100 UTC (1600 CST) Sunday.
- Our Field Day Location for 2011 will be at The W5ZMI
Mexia Repeater site in Tehacana Tx.
- Linking Repeaters
- We will be testing linking 3 repeaters together at
varrious times to see how that works
- Mexia, Bufalo, Franklin
- With at least 35 mile coverage each (barring terrain)
the coverage should be something like this

- VE Test sessions are being held in Corsicana
- Morris N5VO is now a CVE. He and his team will be
conductin Test sessions in Corsicana on a AS NEEDED basis.
- 1st session will be March 8th 2008 at 10:00 am
- We now have

- 2009 mice problem at the 440 site
